II. Product Information and Pricing

The sale covers custom-made songs delivered as a digital audio file or, at your request, as a physical pendrive with the audio file. All songs are produced based on the instructions and details you provide in the order form.

Pricing:

• Digital audio version of the song (complete song in CD quality – backing track with vocals): 40 EUR
• Song in digital audio version with lyrics provided by you (100% your text): 16.5 EUR
• Karaoke version (backing track only + lyrics in a text file): +12 EUR
• Custom song on pendrive: +9 EUR to the base price, plus courier shipping cost
  (Before payment, please provide your shipping address by email: contact@gift4song.com. You will then receive payment instructions including the courier shipping cost based on your location.).

The Seller makes every effort to prepare the song as faithfully as possible in line with the requirements provided by the Client in the order form on the website. Due to the individual nature of the service and the favourable price of the product, any further modifications or corrections that go beyond the Client’s original guidelines are subject to a separate, individual quotation.

III. How to Order

1. Select your preferred payment method and pay for your order.
2. Fill out the order form, providing all required information: email address, phone number, song description (shipping address only if you select a pendrive).
3. After your payment is registered, the song will be created and sent as an email download link (audio) or shipped via pendrive within a few days.

IV. Payment and Delivery

• Payment options: traditional bank transfer, BLIK to phone number 539118504 or fast online payments via Przelewy24.

V. Complaints, Returns and Right of Withdrawal

• The product is made to the Client’s individual order and is therefore non-refundable (Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
• Complaints are accepted by email – if the item is defective (e.g. incorrect file, damaged flash drive), we will re‑deliver the order or refund the funds within 14 calendar days of the Client submitting the complaint.
• The musical style of the song is selected based on the option chosen by the Client in the order form and on the description of the song provided there. The Client acknowledges that, due to the creative and subjective nature of the service, differences in the perception of the musical style may occur, and a mere mismatch with the Client’s individual taste or expectations does not constitute a defect of the work or grounds for accepting a complaint.

VII. Final Provisions

• These Terms of Sale are available free of charge on gift4song.com.
• All matters not regulated herein are subject to Polish law.
• Disputes shall be resolved by the court competent for the Seller’s registered address.
• The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms; updates do not affect orders placed before the changes take effect.
